At Raasa Oils, we are committed to providing high-quality essential oils, carrier oils, fragrance oils, and natural ingredients. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Bottle is leaked or broken

  • Wrong product received

  • Product quality not satisfactory

To request a return, you must inform us within 7 days after delivery.


📩 How to Request a Return

Please contact us with your order details and issue:

Kindly share:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Photo / video of damaged or leaked item (required for verification)

Our team will verify the issue and respond within 1–2 working days.


🔄 Return Approval Process

  • Once the issue is verified, we will approve the return or refund.

  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the product.

  • Return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.


💰 Refund Policy

After approval:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund time: 5–7 business days after approval

  • For COD orders, refund will be sent via bank transfer / UPI


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Request made after 7 days of delivery

  • Product used more than normal testing

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Wrong order placed by customer (change of mind without issue)

Due to the nature of essential oils and natural products, slight variation in color or aroma may occur and will not be considered a defect.
