Return & Refund Policy – Raasa Oils India

At Raasa Oils, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the quality of our oils and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right.


Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used, opened, or tampered items are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened bottles of essential oils or carrier oils

  • Products marked as final sale

  • Custom or gift sets

  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable guides)


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@raasaoils.in with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a shipping label, if applicable.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.


Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery at support@raasaoils.in with photos of the issue.

  • We will prioritize replacements or issue a refund where appropriate.
